How to Get There:
Guest can go to Modessa Island Resort via Puerto Princesa and we pick up guests by a private van as per arrangement. We provide comfortable two (2) hours ride from Puerto Princesa going north to Roxas City. And then additional thirty (30) minutes to one hour safe and wonderful boat ride to get to the island and back to municipality of Roxas wharf 140km away from the City of Puerto Princesa .
Modessa Accommodation:
The Modessa Island Resort has nineteen cottages available with electricity provided from sunset to sunrise. All cottages are A-type Nipa Huts beachfront and definitely very lovely. Each Modessa cottage includes hammock for you to swing and relax, cabinet, table for two, one queen size bed with with a mosquito net, two pillows and beddings, electric fan, and bathroom.
Modessa Beach:
The waters of Modessa Island are a cool emerald green deepening into turquoise as it gets farther out. The beach is fine white sand and very gradual slope.
Modessa Rates and Reservation:
We recommend interaction booking with our reservation agents so you can get the exact, discounted, promo rates if there is available. This will give you peace of mind and assurance of your bookings and have it perfectly arranged.
Reservations with full-board meals exclude drinks. We require guest to place their order ahead of time for each meal. Our food servings are more than enough for one (1) person. All meals comes with vegetables and fruits for dessert. There is a large, very inviting and superbly tempting sand bar right in front of the dining hall. You will definitely enjoy and appreciate your stay in Modessa Island.
Notes:
1. Modessa Island Resort Reservations. Booking fee through bank transfer (bank transfer fee is shouldered by client) prior to the guest’s arrival.
2. The Modessa Island Resort will charge a corkage fee for food and drinks brought by guests to the island.
3. The Modessa Island Resort only accept full accountability on things left through the reception personnel
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable for booking cancelled on the scheduled day of arrival. No refunds on Early Checkout and No-Show. Clients MUST rebook or reschedule their reservations with Modessa Island Resort.
